Claim window: Claims can be submitted starting 3 days after your move has been completed, and up to 90 days from the day of your move.

Our aim is to resolve any claim within 60 days of receiving your claim form submission, images, and relevant documentation.

All claims — including damages, missing items, compensation, repairs, and any related insurance needs — are handled through this page as part of our standard claims procedure.
